All design and finishing are done in-house, while I partner with a trusted casting studio that utilizes advanced 3D printing and casting technologies to minimize imperfections. Once complete, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Yes. I accept free returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Please take care not to drop or damage the piece, as all refunds will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Currently, my home studio isn’t equipped with the advanced 3D printing and casting tools needed for production. High-resolution wax printers and casting equipment are a significant investment and something I plan to bring in-house in the future. For now, I partner with a professional casting studio that specializes in the latest technologies to ensure each ring is made with precision and the highest quality.

All sizes are final, so please take the time to be measured properly before ordering. However, you may return the item for a full refund within our 15-day return window. Each ring is crafted with great care to the size you originally selected.

We do not offer resizing services. Each ring is designed to the exact size selected, which allows us to preserve the intricate details, band width, and overall integrity of the design.

Yes, many jewelers can resize rings, but resizing might cause slight pattern distortion depending on the design. I recommend consulting with a trusted jeweler.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom design requests at this time.

If you need a size outside the listed range, please email me so I can check if the design can be adjusted. Some patterns cannot be made smaller due to printing limitations, but larger sizes are generally easier to accommodate.
